Appraisal services, which are a legal requirement in real estate sales, are carried out through licensed real estate valuation firms with which we have contracts.

The legal consultancy transactions that our customers need in Turkey are followed by the lawyers of our company.

We provide all services regarding the transition to Turkish citizenship for our foreign national customers who want to obtain Turkish citizenship on condition of making real estate investment in our country.

The real estate of our customers who include the apartments they have purchased in the service apartment systems is operated with weekly/monthly/yearly rentals, and with normal rentals, enabling them to obtain a higher rental income than normal rentals.
